Petroleum Trading and Services Offshore Joint Stock Company (POTS) is a subsidiary of PETROSETCO (Petroleum General Services Corporation) under PetroVietnam (Vietnam Oil and Gas Group).

POTS provides real estate investment consulting service packages for clients with development needs in Office Buildings, Commercial Centers, Residential Properties, and Hotels. The scope of services includes:

• Management, operation, inspection, and routine as well as periodic maintenance of technical systems

• Control and implementation of preventive measures to mitigate risks related to systems, assets, and people

• Supervision of subcontractors’ construction activities, including quality control and evaluation

• Management of operational activities such as security, landscaping, cleaning, and environmental services

• Tenant, shopper, and resident care; management and monitoring of lease contracts

• Establishment, implementation, and management of operational budgets

The Pre-Opening Phase is the period prior to the project’s official operation and management. During this phase, POTS works closely with clients to provide consulting services from the early stages, before the project becomes operational.

Scope of work includes:

• Consulting and implementing necessary preparations for the handover stage and post-construction completion. Conducting reviews and inspections of construction works and technical systems to identify defects, ensure compliance with functional requirements, and optimize operational costs during the operational phase.

• Developing operational procedures and guidelines for security and fire safety teams, technical departments, and environmental cleaning services. Proposing internal rules and regulations to ensure smooth daily operations and effective project management.

• Preparing operational and management budgets and recruiting personnel for the project management team.

• Providing other consulting services as required by the client.

Trong giai đoạn này POTS sẽ cung cấp dịch vụ nhân sự quản lý vận hành các hoạt động hàng ngày, quản lý vận hành/bảo trì hệ thống kỹ thuật, kiểm soát an ninh và an toàn cháy nổ, quản lý vệ sinh môi trường cho các tòa nhà Văn phòng, Trung tâm Thương mại, các khu Phức hợp, nhà ở và căn hộ.

With this service, we will provide our clients with recruitment and employment contract management services for positions ranging from Receptionists, Customer Service Representatives, Operations Managers, Technicians, Technical Supervisors, Chief Engineers to Senior Management, etc.

In parallel with office building/commercial center management services, POTS also provides services for identifying and advising on office/commercial space for lease. With many years of experience and a large client base, we have a resource of offices and commercial centers available for lease, as well as a corresponding supply of tenants.
